Tracy Nelson, treat designer and decorator, is a native San Diegan.  She was born in Chula Vista and grew up with her grandparents.  For years Tracy would love to watch her grandma decorate cakes for all sorts of occasions!  From birthday parties and baby showers to an occasional wedding, Tracy became inspired.  As early as 11 years old, Tracy dreamed of following in her grandma's footsteps.  While attending Tiffany Burton Elementary, she entered the Sixth Grade Cake Decorating contest and walked away with the "Grand Prize".  Since then, she has taken any celebration as an opportunity to express her talent by JAZZIN' up cakes and treats.  Tracy has been making cakes for family and friends for the past few years and finally decided to try to build a business out of it.  For now, she brings her expression to life with sugar, flour and a little water.  Her grandma still actually bakes the cakes.  Tracy says, "Grama's cakes just taste better!", and then Tracy makes them look like works of art.  These special treats of a grandma and her granddaughter will bake their way right into your heart!
